my application to immigrate to Canada was refused because of the adaptability points,
the firm that was filling my application did not ask of me to submit any documents regarding relatives in Canada and spouse years of study, My application was processed in Warsaw office and i already asked them to allow me to send them the missing documents but they did not answer, what i need is 7 points to succeed, what can i do?
thank you.

So you say that the consultant that was handling your case didn't notice that you were missing 7 points?
And when they asked you to fill in the forms, you didn't state there that your wife has a degree or that you have relatives in Canada? Very strange and totally unprofessional of them.
If they already rejected your application, then the only thing left to do is to reapply and this time better do it yourself...and submit the necessary documents to get the extra points needed. Just follow carefully the CIC instructions and you will be fine.

Dear Thalia,

Thank you for your reply, am just worried about my papers and the English exam test, CIC said that the test last for two years, how can i have a copy of this test so that i can send documents again? how long shall i wait until i can re-apply again? and u think i should re-apply to the same office that processed my application i mean the Warsaw office?
Thank you again.

Well, as I saw in some threads, applicants before 26 June got their documents back, but the ones after 26th June didn't, 'cause CIC keeps a record of the file. Don't know if this accurate or if it includes the IELTS results. A senior can reply on this to be more sure.
Another problem is that getting all your documents back (if they send back) could take quite some time. Is your NOC safe or you have to hurry? Maybe you should contact your IELTS center and ask what can be done.
If you have all the documents needed (including the extra proof for your spouse and relatives) then you can apply whenever you want.
And what about Warsaw VO? Are you eligible to apply in a different VO first of all? If not, then no much options, even though I don't see a reason why not to apply to the same VO. I don't know much about different VO's but maybe it would seem strange to them if you try to apply to a different VO. Maybe not... if I only knew the way they think. LOL!
