an lawyer in mission BC has fraud me for 11000 CDN he is not returning my money.i paid it all in cash because i didn’t have an bank account at that time . what options do i have? im a visitor in canada. can i sue him? i do have 2 eye witnesses and some phone recordings please help my hardly earned money is at stake
