I am at 410 points expecting ITA.

I have started working as a school teacher after completing my 14 yrs of education (12 yrs secondary +2 yrs of bachelor). now recently I have completed my 2 yrs of masters course which was self study done privately with just exams being held in university annually.

After completing my masters I had applied for ECA. My ECA report came as a bachelors 4 yrs combing my 2 yrs bachelors and 2 yrs masters.

Now my question is that I have 2 yrs of experience while studying privately so can I claim it?

How can I show both work and study at same time? Like work should be added in work history and education in personal history?

Will this cause any problem? Or what can I do please help.

Work and studies can overlap so that's no issue.

Yes, work done during studies outside of Canada does count.

Hello Sir,

Just to reconfirm, will it even count if it was a 3 year undergraduate degree?

And i can claim points for both work experience and degree in the same period?

Also, do you know anyone who has claimed it in this way, as i am unable to find post-application confirmation for this?

Would really appreciate your help! thanks!

Yes you can. Does not matter if it was Bachelors or Masters degree.

There's no issue in that. In fact, it would show how hard working you are! 8)

1. If you have a 3 year undergrad degree, you can claim points for bachelors degree. If you have done masters post 3 years of bachelors degree, you'll get points for masters degree!
2. Yes you can claim points. No issues.
3. I, myself claimed points like this! I was lucky enough to get a job while still at university. So problems whatsoever.
