I got my Canadian PR . I want to take my mother along with me during the landing who is not a Canadian pr holder or a citizen of Canada.
she is a citizen of India
can I apply a Temporary visa for her while I am in India and take her along with me during landing?

Yes - she can apply for a TRV from India. To be approved, she should show evidence that she has strong ties to her home country and has no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Yes - if the TRV is approved, she can come with you to Canada when you do the landing. However she can obviously only come as a temporary visitor - she cannot come to Canada to live.

Thank you very much.
How can she show that she has strong ties to her home country?
should she show any financial documents or bank statements? should she show return tickets? how long can she stay in Canada or how long which they give visa.

Ideally she should show evidence like proof of employment and proof of property ownership (in addition to financial documents). No - she doesn't have to include return tickets with her application. But if the visa is approved, she will have to purchase return tickets for her flight to Canada.

How long she is allowed to stay in Canada will be determined by the immigration officer she meets with when she enters Canada. Visitors are typically given six month visits. But it's possible to be allowed into Canada for only a shorter period of time (again, up to the immigration officer).
