How to report marriage fraud if i am not in Canada and I am not Canadian citizen also.

Marriage is registered in India.

If your Canadian spouse no longer wishes to sponsor you, this is not marriage fraud. It is her choice whether she wants to to sponsor you or not - and it is her right to withdraw her application to sponsor you if she wishes. You can't stop her from doing this.

If she wishes to divorce you, that is her right as well. Once she divorces you, if she wishes to marry someone new and sponsor her new spouse - that is her right too.

If you are trying to obtain some sort of financial compensation from your spouse for your marriage not working out - this is not an immigration issue. This is a family law issue.
