Hi,

One of friend's relative completed diploma in Leather and has a bachelors degree. He will willing to come to Canada for a Job. What are the options he has to come to Canada. How to approach to get a work permit or Permanent residence? What category can he choose?

Thanks,
Kishore

Check whether that degree is an approved noc code for applying under fsw program.

To qualify for a work permit he must first find an employer in Canada who is willing to offer him a full time job and can obtain an approved LMIA.

Does he have any work experience? FSW is only an option if he has work experience.
