Hi all,
I received my gcms notes today and as per report i scored 68 points which makes me qualify for permanent residency but my spouse's real uncle lives in canada and they havent given any point for relatives in canada?it says blank in adaptability section for relatives but it does mention in notes about spouse relatives in canada...why so..in the end they say total adapatibily points=0 why wouldnt they issue me points for my spouse uncle who is citizen in canada.
I also noticed that due date for medicals in medical section is 15/02/2013 for me and my spouse...dors it mean that i can expect medical request next year...
Thanx

What evidence did you supply to prove that he is your spouse's uncle and that he is currently living in Canada?

Hi,
Every evidence as asked in checklist on website like his citizenship card, his property dox in canada, his current bills, even tax return statments etc as well....relationship proof with my spouse mom and uncle who are brother sister in relation..cant understand why they wont give any points as in total adaptibility points it says 0 but just mentions in my husbands details relatives in canada=spouse/partner
I guess i am reading it correctly too as in total assessment points it just calculates my education, work experience,my ielts score and my age points only which totals to 68...
What do u think?
Thanx
