Help Needed with guidelines

Hello members,
I will appreciate it so much if I can get guidelines in my inbox or on this forum on how to bring my 2 teen siblings to school here. One is in junior high and the other, in senior high school. Comments and messages will be welcomed and appreciated a lot.

Irrelevant. Siblings can't be delared as dependents.

They'll need to obtain study permits and pay foreigns student tuition fees (approx. $14K each per year).
