I need advise regarding PGWP extension which is expiring in Aug 2nd week and my emlopyer submitted application for LMIA this month.So, can I apply for open workpermit or usingg LMIA file number apply for close workpermit?

You don`t qualify for an open work permit. You need to apply for a closed work permit tied to the LMIA and that specific employer.
