Help needed - Review required, AOR March FSW-O

Hey guys,

I have a concern about my application and maybe you can help me.
My AOR is 1st March 2020. My medical is passed since 10th Mars, and i have done my bios on 26th June.
I'm a FSW-O, and I received my GCMS yesterday.

The assessment is the following:
Eligibility: Met
Security: Not started
Criminality: In progress
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

My concern is the following:
In the notes, the case analyst office wrote this:

A11.2- Case processing agent: EE FSW Having analyzed this application based on the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file, I make the following recommendation.
MI3 A11.2: Met R75: FSW Minimum requirements - Met R76:Selection criteria - FSW Points: Appears to meet R76: Selection criteria - Funds: Appears to meet FSW points total: 72 Ready to Finalize RPRF: Complete -

Score at application: 476
Total CRS Points Assessed: 476

In the experience assessment, the agent says:
CRS Canadian Work: 1 year and 4 months. FSW Work: 1 year CRS Foreign Work: 2 years 11 months of 3 years - REVIEW REQUIRED CRS Canadian Work: 1 year

I don't understand why the agent put Review Required, but states that Eligibility is Met and it seems that he validates the total CRS points. However, they didnt consider one of my work experience since my employer refused to provide a letter, which I justified when I submitted the application. Yet, that doesnt explain why he states that the Eligibility is Met.

It appears that my application wasnt updated since 12th Mars.

Anything I can do to help things moving on ? Should I be worried ?
