Help needed Regarding supervisa

I had applied for a supervisa for my grandmom, in march 2020, no update on application yet and at that time it said processing time is 365 days.
I happen to check recently and processing time is 15 days, should I withdraw the previous application and apply for another one.
Will it be processed ealier?
