Dear forum members,
I applied for FSW through Arranged Employment in Canada
Just received PER.
In the mail they send me this link:
"Please note: The requirements for Arranged Employment are outlined on:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp?expand=arranged#arranged"
My Question is:
I have LMO and not LMIA. In my application I submit my LMO.
On the link above it says you need to have LMIA. Does this means I will be declined, or because In the time I got the LMO there was no LMIA they will give me PR or not.
I was under assumption that if LMO is not enough I will not get PER as they should check all the documents right?
