Help needed regarding Date Of Birth for application of FSWP 2014

Dear Members of Canada Visa forum,

I am planning to apply for the FSWP 2014 and while going through the process, found out that I need to have Date of Birth certificate as a proof of my birth. But as of now, I do not have Birth Certificate available. And to get a birth certificate from the municipality it will take at least 4 months time which is not desirable for me as the number of available slots for this program are diminishing rapidly.

As a proof of my birth date, I have the following two certificates. I want to know if these certificates are enough as Date of Birth certificate proof for the application?

1. 10th class pass certificate from All India Secondary School Examination indicating my name, my father's name and date of birth in words.
2. Date Of Birth Certificate from my school indicating my name, my father's name and date of birth in both words and date format.

Can you please confirm if any or both of the certificates are enough as proof of my Date of Birth? Or I have to get the birth certificate from municipality which will take ages.

The general process to obtain a birth certificate includes registering our date of birth with the registrar within 21 days of birth (which is not possible now) and if that is not done, we need to apply for birth certificate in the municipal office or MRO office of birth place and then the revenue office will order for a police inquiry and then the will provide the certificate. (This info is from advocatekhoj.com/library/legalforms/howdoi/stateprocedures/andhrabirthcert.php). And if police inquiry is there then definitely it will take 3 to 4 months time.

Hope that the 10th class pass certificate which I have is accepted for DOB proof.
