Hey guys, so I'm in a bit of a tricky situation.
I joined my company on May 13th 2019 and was waiting on completing 1 year of experience this coming May 13th so that I could apply for PR as I would get the required points with my experience.
Because the current situation, my company hasn't been on any projects and we've basically had no work, so my employer told us to apply for CERB as we most likely won't be getting our salary because of the reduced business.
But my employer is willing on giving me the reference letter stating I've been there for a year full-time and continue to work there once I complete 1 year.
I'm in a bit of a tight situation as my PGWP expires on June 11th, so my question is will there be an issue if I submit this letter along with my past paystubs and T4 claiming 1 year of experience?
