Help needed! IELTS TEST DATE and COUNTRY OF STUDY

Hi experts!


Question1:
My IELTS Test date was 2 April 2016, test results SMS received on 14th April.
My IELTS Test Report TRF shows date of 03 Nov 2016 ( as i did not collect TRF within 40days, so inhad to request reprint of TRF)
What should I mention in IELTS Result Date ? – 03/11/2016 or 14 april 2016?
If i mention 3Nov, will it raise flag that test result date is more than 6 months after Test date?


QUESTION 2:
I have ACMA certificate from CIMA, UK (international accounting body)
ECA says this:
Degree: 4years bachelor.
Institute name: CIMA
Country: United Kingdom

Out of total 4 exams, I did first 3 exams in KARACHI, Pakistan,
And did last exam in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and got membership.

What should i mention in "Country" and "City" of STUDY?
Dammam, Saudi Arabia or Karachi, Pakistan? Or UNITED KINGDOM?
, ( CIMA is global management accounting body, and we can study it anywhere in the world)

Expert pls advise!

2. try to request WES to change it for you but it will take time. else use the same report along with LoE detailing the location of study else tou would be asked for a PCC.

Your ielts certificate will say test date xxx. Use that.

No issue with Test date.

I am confused with RESULT date,
Result announced on 14th April (got score in sms),
But TRF is primted in Nov 216, with shows Date of Nov 2016

Domestic matter. Go with test date. That's all you put into ee.
