Can you please help me out to guide me by sparing your great time
I got AEO from Canadian Employer in the month of Jan-09, but unfortunately my lawyer could not get even initial approval and I got rejected 2 times due to non submission of complete docs and my IELTS has also got expired in the month of Jan-10. But my lawyer has applied 3rd time on 26th of October-09 again but till now no reply as I found that in imm008 he leave blank visa office column. I am from India.
What should I do? Can I apply a fresh application as my old application is still with CIO NS?
Do I need to do IELTS again before sending fresh application to CIO NS?
My lawyer is saying by the end of this month we well definitely hear from NS and he has a great hope to got the file approved? do I need to do in this case IELTS again as it was got expired on Jan-10?
Can any body tell me about AEO validity in terms of discretionary power of an officer however it's validity (mention on AEO approval letter) is 4 years from the date of it's issue? Can a officer reject it if he thinks that no employer can wait for the employee more than one year? Can I use this AEO with fresh application?
Kindly help me out? by giving your valuable comments?
