Help needed for Study Permit extension - employment history details

I am studying in Canada for the last two terms and need to apply for extension on my study permit before September-15.

I want to apply online but the form has only 3 rows to enter the employment history while I have 5 jobs to enter. How can I add extra employment details to the online form ?

Create a word document and initial it at the bottom listing all your jobs. USe the same table format as the form. You can upload that to extra document section/explanation letter. I would also suggest preparing a cover letter mentioning that you included your additional jobs in a separate sheet

I talked to the CIC as well and the agent hinted at a similar thing,but she would not confirm or deny anything.
