Hi guys, I have received Interest to sponsor my parents for 2021. I have some questions regarding the application. We are a family of 4. Me(sponsor), Husband(co-signer),( Principal applicant- Mother & father)
1) IMM 1344- Question 4- Principal Applicant- What should I write here in main applicant? My father name only or my mother's name? Or both?
2) IMM 5768- 3. A) Current undertaking
B) All sections
3) IMM 5409- We are not common law, so we don't need to fill it?
4) IMM 0008- Do I have to fill this for my father only or both mother and father separately.
5) IMM 0888DEP- Does this form have to include my mother?
6) IMM 5406- This form is to be filled by my mother and father? My brother is above, but he is not included in the application. Do I need to fill his form too?
If someone has previously filled the application please I need some help to fill the application as I only have 60 days to apply.
