Help needed for improvement

I have given IELTS twice and both the times I failed to get 7+ in speaking and writing. My two ielts scores are:
Ielts1:
R-8
L-8.5
W-6.5
S-6.5

Ielts2:
R-7.5
L-8.5
W-6.5
S-6.5

Both the times I got 6.5 in ielts. I need 7 i speaking and writing to make my ielts score useful for immigration purpose. Please help me how to improve scores. I'm willing to put in efforts.

Please help me. I have booked another slot on 20th of August.
