Help needed for extra sheet attached

In some of the form I have attached extra sheets...but do I need to mention in the form at particular section that I have attached extra sheet for this section? and do i need to sign those extra sheet or just my name,form name, section name and then detail will do?

plz quick reply as I am going to submit tomorw...

The norm is to endorse every sheet with your signature( include all the Info u mentioned) and do not forget to write your file Number if you already have one.

I have attached sheets for back ground declaration form for education and activity since 18th birth and schedule 3 form for experience description.

my question is do I have to mention in the declaration form at education and activity since 18th birth section that for this section I have attached extra sheet with the form?(do i have to mention anything regarding attached sheet within form at applicable section)

secondly what do i need to mention in the sheet as I am sending my document for the first time to Sydney so no file number?

Third and last one is..is it OK to stapled extra sheet with particular form or it has to be separate from the form?

As said "BobbyB" , write your name at the top ( no worry about file number if you dont have one), and sign at the end. Mention question number, for example if its 10, then write you are explaning about which section.


stapled documents are not recommended(could be not accepted by cic) just use paper clips.

Attach sheet with papern clips on the same form which its related to. Forexample , extra sheet for bacground could not include/attch in main application forum or any else. Hope this will help.

If you want to write cover letter about what extra you have included, it would be a good idea but its your personal action, they may even not read that, but i think its better write cover letter in case if its gonna help for better understanding IO.

Try to do not staple any thing, Just use Paper Clips instead, that would work fine.

Its not a problem. If you have extra information on you or your family, just attach an extra written or typed page to your application.
If you can, try and make a similar copy of the official page and fill in the extra info.
