there are two ways of applying
1: paper based which requires you to submit form 1294 for study permit made outside canada form, family information form, temporary resident visa form. you can find these from cic canada website or pakistan canadian high commission website so gooogle these ..... some other documents are also required....... like police clearance, bank statements , property documents, original educational documents etc. so plz goooogle those its best k aap khud sari research karo it will only take 2 or three days for becoming aware with allllll these things......... its better for you to find them on gooogle..... start from cic and then pakistan gc website...... and yup there is also a checklist of pakistan canadian high commission website do download it tooo..
2: there is online method for which i have no idea, hopefully someone else will help you with that.

yeah i have seen most of these links but they are kind of vague no?

this is what i have so far:

bank letter
acceptance letter
photographs
IMM1294E form
IMM5645E form
my passport

what else do i need? do i need to give my O/A Level original certificates ? is a police certificate needed? medical clearance? and what about the affidavit?

you need roughly the following things as per your case:
document checklist, download it from pakistan canadian high commission website
form 1294
family information form 5257 (confirm the number) all form are there on the pakistan website download that package
temporary resident visa form schedule 1(TRV)
processing fee $125 payed in cash to standard chartered bank, there are only 4 branches approved for this at lahore, karachi, peshawar and islamabad. or if you are applying online then you should use credit card
your original and copy of passport attested by notary
original and copy of acceptance letter
your statement of purpose (optional)
all previous educational documents, certificates, diplomas everything original
your bank statements of 4 months( or at least 2 months but the clossing balance should cover your fees and $10000) for residence
any feees payed to the uni or college original and copy receipt of that
sponsorship letters from sponsor with his nic card and english translation
your nic and english translation
any property document or employment certificates for showing your home ties
police clearance certificate

Alright and to make things clear i need to send all of these through tcs to the embassy including my original passport? after that then what?
