Hello Pals,

Hope you are all doing great.

I am an inside sales consultant for an on-site refuelling company called 4refuel which is owned by CAT equipment dealer Finning international. I am not able to figure out between NOC 6221 and 6411, please help.

These are my roles and responsibilities.

The responsibilities of the position include:
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales activity targets including outbound dials, connections and appointment bookings.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quota for Gross Margin on New Business.
• Proactively generate sales leads through various techniques, includes telephone cold calling, email, social media and mail distribution.
• Provide prompt telephone/email follow up to leads from all sources and properly document and track results.
• Utilizing variety of industry specific databases including FMO (a fuel tracking software application), Salesforce, Microsoft and Outlook.
• Search for potential prospects that meet 4Refuel’s ideal prospect profile, qualify and set Fuel Consultant appointments for A/B prospects
• Build and maintain a knowledge base to become an expert on 4Refuel capabilities and services
• Utilize CRM to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity and effectively manage lead generation in assigned territory
• Increases technical knowledge related to energy & fuel sectors, and market trends in the fuel industry, to explain to potential clients about various offerings provided by 4 Refuel and answer any related questions.

Experience Required:
• Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and presentation skills.
• Strategic sales capabilities with the ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow up calls without being over aggressive.
• Strong organization and time management skills, able to plan your day to achieve daily activity
expectations.







• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications or a related field
• One to two years’ experience in value-add, solution-based selling or related direct sales background with proven history of quota over achievement
• Strong computer processing skills (Word, Outlook, Internet) and experience with Salesforce
