Me and my family fall under the business category pr immigration in new brunswick. We had to stay in new Brunswick 740 days inorder to extend pr status. I has to go through cancer surgery in Canada and for that medical reason I came back to india and I was not able to meet the requirements of minimum stay. I also did business in Canada.
I applied for pr extension and they refused me because of not meeting minimum stay in new Brunswick. And I went for appeal under humitarian grounds outside canada.
Now it's been 2.5 year and they will give us final conclusion this year.
So my question is what can be the outcome in my situation and what to expect as an answer.
