Help needed application sent back

Hi all ,I have sent my PR application as a family for renewal ,they have received it on March 13 where the stamped my application and send me back the file today (sent 28 March)received today asking me to have the pictures to be stamped with the photographer data and date taken .
First would I send back the same file with one pic stamped by photographer !
Second would they put me back on the queue or they would take under consideration that they have received my application on 13th
Third ,my wife delivered on the 13th shall I add him to the application !as when the application was filled she didn't deliver by then.
