help!!!! need advice regarding admissions

My profile is
Im from india..studied under cbse syllabus
10th-61%
12th-57%
B.e(mechanical)-66% (anna univ)
Ielts-7.5(no less than 6.5)
work exp-11mnths as intern(operations)
i need to do my masters in mechanical engineering in Canada...i tried agencies..5 agencies in total but they are making me go in circles...they say i cant get into a univ ...i would really appreciate any suggestions..

If you want to get admission into university then dont go to any consultant, just apply urself
What is your percentage in last 2years of your bachelor's degree ?
If it more than 70% then go apply for University of Windsor, University of Manitoba
If you want to apply to uni of manitoba then first you need to get a supervisor for Master's program. For this , email your CV to all the professors of your field. If some professor agrees to supervise you, then go and apply otherwise dont.

And if you want to go to some college, then go to any consultant. They get their commission from colleges.

Yeah..i know the thing is my academic records are really bad..i forgot to mention that i had 13 backlogs(arrears)... I cleared them long back..but still you see the problem right..
