HELP! My passport sent back to CPP-Ottawa,what should i DO!?

I extended my temporary resident visa online and my application has been approved. So i followed the instruction to mail my passport to the CPP-Ottawa via Canada post on Dec 04th, 2017. But i haven't received my passport since then. Then I tracked the delivery information and it said the package once was sent to Vancouver where near to my house already but it was sent back to CPP-Ottawa after that. Besides, all the information on the envelope are correct...I wonder why it happened and what should i do for it?
Or anyone knows any contact number to call for help?

I am in same problem. Have you got your passport.Pls Share how you do this . I am worried about my passport also
