Hi,

I'm new here on this forum. May I ask your assistance/input regarding my MPNP application.

I submitted the docs sometime in January 2013 via Mail. My sponsor is my cousin (motherside).

May 2013. It was stated in the letter that:

"You did not demonstrate proof of connection to Manitoba as outlined in eligibility criteria. Specifically, you did not provide sufficient documents to prove your relationship to Manitoba relative; missing birth certificate showing parents name.

My question is, do we need to submit RFR (Request for Review) or we need to apply again?

Please advise!

Thanks in advance! gbu

What did you received? Paper Mail or E-mail? It seems that your application move faster than 2012 applicants. Coz I know others who applied tru mail last 2012 and still they do not have any feedback yet. Have you received any AOR or is that all you have received?

My cousin (who is in Manitoba) was copied in the letter received it via mail. But I haven't received the actual letter.

ask you cousin to email or call them ASAP asking for leniency and that you will send via email the scanned copies of whatever docs you lack.. (probably your mother's birth certificate and your aunt's birth certificate).
prepare the docs needed and send ASAP.

Thanks so much liyapot. :D

@RAC1987, I haven't received anything from Manitoba. My cousin informed me about what he received.
