She is about to apply to Sponsorship, but does not have her legalized Mexican certificates. She has the hard copies that they give us in the Registro Civil. If you send your package with these certificates, but not legalized, will they return your complete package or will they only ask you to send the legalized certificates as additional documents?
Has any Mexican here sent his package with the certificates without legalization?
