Help mee , any Idea?? the worst LUCK ever.

hi every body ...

I believe I have the worst luck between all members in this forum ,,

Last September I completed filling my application for the FEDRAL SKILLED WORKER program my point was 67 exactly ( since I am Petroleum engineer ) . a lawyer in Jordan Helped me and I gave him 600€ and all the submission fees and I was in hurry to travel to YEMEN for my business so the lawyer promised to send it immediately to the DAMASCUS CIC , I did n't get a copy of my application . and now I returned to JORDAN to discover that this lawyer died before 1 month suddenly .. I was sorry for him .... but no one know what happened with my application , I don't have any reference number to track my application and as I know its not allowed to submit an application twice ( thats in case the layer was saying the truth that my application was sent ...

PLEASE Friends ..., ADVISE...................
any IDEA?????....
I hope no body on earth have my same problem... Am LOOOOOSSSSSSTTTT

it is really a tough situation. but my advise is to wait for 2 months, if u receive nothing from CIC then it means that ur application never reached them. because otherwise by that time u must receive AOR if it is filed. that is i think ur best option. and if it is not filed u can file it. may be a senior like Lean, PMM can advise u much better on the situation.

thanks sanjeevindia , you are right ,, but its annoying that person can not have any information from the CIC in Damascus they don't answer e-mail or phones ... I don't have any information about my application except my NAME

These are the things which can be done.

- You can email CIC with your Name, DOB, nationality explaining them the case and asking them how can you know your file number. If they revert with a positive reply then its good if not then probably your file was not filled.
- Otherwise you can have another application for FSW which will be put in queue again.

As Far as I understood is: your Lawyer send an Initial Application including the processing fee to Damascus office?
Well under the new rules all Application should be submitted to Sydney NS CIC office for Initial processing, then after you receiving your AOR they’ll ask you to submit a full application to Damascus office.
In your case did you provided your lawyer with all required documentations for submission?

yes I supplied him with all documents needed even the IELTS and TCF certificates ... but i am not sure that he send them , and the most bad thing is that I don't have any copy or number ,,,

its an advise from heart , never depend on lawyers offices ,

DOB is date of Birth your date of birth.

CIC stores information like this if file number is not allotted
Name
Dob
Nationality

DOB Mean: Date of birth
Well in that Case you need to send enquiry to Damascus office with explanation of you issue.

If he send to Damascus, then they would/will probably send it back to the lawyers office. Let me guess, the lawyer is not a member of CSIC or a Canadian Bar? If so he was not eligible to be your representative.

actually in Jordan and syria there is ONLY 2 lawyers who are authorized
