Hi, I need help thank u so much :)
I went to Canada with my family in 2008 on a visit visa. I had some probs in my country so I applied for asylum. My case was regected 2 times Nd I applied for PRRA. Meanwhile my father was suffering from cancer Nd he had few months to live. He wanted to see me badly so I went to Canadian immigration Nd told them I want to go to my country. They asked me not to leave . But I had to. I have a Canadian born baby. He was born in 2012. So now my father is passed away 2 years ago. My question is can I return to Canada again?are they any ways to come with my child? I need help please ...

If you’re trying to claim asylum again, I don’t suggest you because they will reject your claim right away. You can try an economic way to immigrate to Canada.

Or

Your son can sponsor you to Canada after he turns 18 years old & capable of doing so.

Agreed. Since you have essentially withdrawn a claim in the past, you aren’t eligible as a refugee. To compound that problem, you returned to your home country for an extended period. You have no chance at an asylum claim. Your only option would be to apply for EE or PNP. There is zero chance for a TRV or any other type of visa. Having a Canadian child affords you no benefit, until, as mentioned, the child qualifies for PGP (about 24 years of age if he managed to meet the requirements by then, based on current criteria).

Honestly, there is no chance of you returning in the foreseeable future.

Your chances are ZERO , and I’m sorry to say that but because of you guys who fake their stories or not in need of protection we are struggling with the wait time here and a lot of people who really deserves the asylum can’t get in here , I’m sorry for your dad
Anyway I wish you a happy life
