i'm not able to link my offline file to online.
I don't knw the application number, UIC and my name is written in the family name(s) not in given name(s)
please help me what i'll do?

we r in same boat I have given name but no family name I TRIRD 16TIMES BUT NO APPLICATION FOUND

no we can't LEAVE FAMILY NAME BLANK IN FIELD SO WE CANT LINK FILE
