Hello all, i am currently on a gap year and i intend on pursuing a bachelors degree in Canada. The proof of funds section kind of confuses me even though i've been going through the forum topics related to it. My question is, what is the minimum amount i need to show in my bank statement if my tuition fee is C$7600. Do i have to add the travel cost in and out or only out of Canada as well? so far, what i have is:

tuition: 7600
living expense 10000
travel cost approx 5000 (for in and out of Canada)

Total C$ 22600

Quickest response will greatly be appreciated

so what course has a tuition fee of only 7600 as sounds like a domestic level fee or a single semester not international fee which could be at least twice that or more per year.

It says on the CIC Website that you must show the tuition fees + 10000 CAD x # of years of program.

So we have to show the living expenditure for the total number of years?
Can you share the link of where u saw that please?

NO, This is not true. You do not need to show money for all four years of your program, you just need to show a source for the funds (for example a sponsor paying for your next years).
You only need to show the amount for: Tuition + $10,000 + $2-3K for travel expenses. Here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-how-documents.asp
