Help me With 2173

Guys pLz hel me with NOC 2173, Will there be any possibility of getting through with this NOC if m able to apply by mid of November.
my IELTS score is 7.5 over all and my points calculated is 70. or i should waits for Express Entry. ??????

NOC 2173 is already full I think.

It would be useless.

Better change your NOC if possible or wait for EE
