I am working as a site engineer in industrial blasting painting, fireproofing, insulation and scaffolding work related company.

Please advice me NOC code for Canadian Immigration

I have done mechanical engineering as study at college

Then prepare a list of your job duties and then try to compare the NOC duties. That's how it is supposed to be, unlike checking NOC's prior to listing your duties won't reach anywhere. and The title of the job doesn't matter. The lead statement and the duties is what matters. You are choosing NOC's based on your duties not the other way around
Application refusals on the basis of wrong NOC's are a lot

Job Duties & responsibilities

 Site Engineer is responsible for Measurement, Calculation, estimation & pricing, field measurement verification with drawings and day to day activities at site for company’s Industrial projects such as surface preparation, painting & coating, Insulation, fireproofing, scaffolding etc.
 Shall ensure proper custody of project related drawings issued by the customers.
 Plan to make request for manpower, equipment and consumables.
 Preparation & submission of Invoice as per project agreement.
 Coordination with client’s representative and reports to Project or Area Manager.
 Quality of work to be assured as per quality & engineering standards.
 Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all site related works at site as per approved drawings, methods, safety rules & standards.
 Estimates, prepares & assigns the resources such as materials, consumables. Equipment & tools etc.
 Supervise to project supervisors, Foremans, Technicians and other junior staff at site.
 Manages directly & provide technical or engineering supports to all required site activities.
 Ensures that all site works are done accordingly to all applicable standards.
 Ensures best practice of Occupational Health and Safety Management system at site.
 Submits site daily production reports, request for inspection, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.

also thinks, it is is right NOC Code for me.

For further discussion,

As in my job, I don't indulge in any type of manufacturing work and my sole responsibility is to run the Industrial projects smoothly in the field of surface preparation, painting & coating, Insulation, fireproofing, scaffolding ( as detailed mentioned in last message).

Still do you think, it is right NOC code for me even my job description doesn't include manufacturing of anything.

If yes, kindly aware me about that why this NOC Code 2141 is still valid and right option for me.
