guys i want to know that for hhw many previous year itr we have to file..and one think my dads income is less than 5,00,000 and haence it is not mandatory to file ot return to income tax..instead they are deducted through form no 16 of income tax-which is the tax directly deducted from his salary..he is a government employee..now question is can we apply this form no. 16..??
