Help me please

Dear experts,
I have just 24 days left to submit my application since i received my ITA,i have gathered all the required documents and uploaded and finished medicals also,
I have to obtain PCC from Dubai and Afghanistan but i hope my PCC from dubai,i can receive soon because my brother has applied for me.But for Afghanistan almost its 20 days i submit to Afghanistan consulate in Vancouver but when i asked to them for processing time than they replied me may be 6,weeks or 6 months.
So my question is can i submit my application without the PCC from Afghanistan?Is there any chance to reject my application?
Please seniors advised me,i am too much worried.

Yes, you can if it is still pending, but you must include an explanation letter about the Afghanistan PCC, proof that you have applied for the Afghanistan PCC, and the reply from the Afghanistan consulate in the same PDF with your other PCCs.

Some people say to wait to submit until the 59th day, but if the Afghan consulate replied to you it will take a minimum of 6 weeks, you can probably submit your application as soon as you get the Dubai PCC.

Thank you so much for your prompt response bellaluna,ok i will submit once i received PCC from Dubai but one thing i didn't understand in your response which you wrote reply from Afghanistan consulate. Another question is there any fastest way to get PCC ?Can i follow up with Afghanistan consulate in sometime?

How did they reply to you? Email? If so you can include that email. If by phone, then try to get them to email you with that same response.

Another question is there any fastest way to get PCC ?

No choice, you have to ask the jurisdiction that issues Afghanistan PCCs.

CIC understands and allows for cases when PCCs take longer than 60 days (i.e. time to submit after ITA), but you must include proof that you already applied for the PCC and the official reply on the expected date of PCC arrival.

Thanks Bellauna for your response.But in the website i saw that Embassy\Consulate would issued one letter to submit while the application is on process.Is this some proof?
