hi,

(1) case filed = 16 june 2005 from islamabad pakistan
(2) Aor recieved = july 2005
(3) letter recieved = today 12 june 2009 ( They have asked ARE U INTERESTED IN PROCESSING UR CASE OR WANT TO ROLE BACK )

first i want to know that what this letter means, everyone reciving that kind of letter when they start processing and how long it will take after this stage.

secondly, when i submitted my case in june 2005, i just total my score as follows:

1 year diploma in 1997
3 years degree in 2001
2 years masters in fall 2003

but i was working from Nov 2000 till july 2005 full time in pakistan and then i came to uk and i did Mphil here in 2008.

i want to know about my this job experience that how many points i can have for this. means, they consider my experience after my masters degree i.e. fall 2003 to july 2005 or whole period during my studies and after that. its just confusing for me.

Ielts in april 2005 = 6 band overall
can i do ielts again and send them the new result, it would ne acceptable or they just consider the old one.

i have points for my spouse , she has 14 years education.

that time i also claimed points for arrange employment, but the consultant was fraud and that money go to shit.

so, kindly help me in this regard bcoz i dont know that am i qualifying for the exact points or not.

thanks

Your education will be counted if it is relevant, I mean as per the I/O Act and rule. Your work exp will be counted if it is full time paid or part time paid experience. In order to clear this doubt, download the FSW manual from the CIC website, google it.

Best of luck

They want 1950 Hours of work exp to consider it full time and it should be paid. I guess your appointment letter will have working conditions which would state hours of work per day or week.

They will assess it by that. And if required will ask for more documents.

very thnx for the quick response

breakdown of my job experience.

15/12/2003 to 14/07/2005 full time after masters degree but time is not

mentioned on the appointment letter.

01/11/2001 to 14/12/2003, 5 days, 8-2 & 3-8, 2 jobs, 11 hours per day

,during studies.

10/02/02 to 15/12/2002, 2 days (sat & sun), 8 hours per day, part time.

15/01/2003 to 04/2004, 2 days (sat & sun), part time.

15/11/2000 to 01/11/2001, 4 days, 2 jobs, total 7 hours per day, during

studies.

so.....

05/2004 to 07/2005 2826 hours per year and total 3300 hours for 14 months

period, after masters degree.

01/11/2001 to 04/2004 3692 hours per year and total 9230 hours for 30

months period, during & after Masters degree.

15/11/2000 to 01/11/2001 total 1400 hours for about one year period, after

3 years BSC degree.

i just want to know how much points i can collect for this experience.

thnx

As per calculation 1950 Hours per year,, its more than 4 years so you score 21 points. Take advice from others

thanks you very much, rocky for your quick response.

can anybody else adds to rocky's assumption, please?

thnx
