2.PG diploma in business management(2 year program with co-op)

which one is better in JOB and PR prospect?

Degree program from some university is far better than a diploma certificate.

Go for Masters degree
Choose some university (Don't go for some college)
Yet, focus on your studies. You will get all the how-know and details about PR later with time when you will be there in Canada.
