This is what I'm gonna do
Apply for imigration and wait to see how it goes since its Quebec, I will try that until she's 18
If I keep failing she will marry me, she decided it was the best way, I'm learning french so after Im decent I will apply.

And I'm not using her to go to Canada , we both belive we are perfect for eachother and she suggested we live in France anyways.

An 18-yr old marrying a 21-yr old.......Portugal is not one of the countries known for teenage-marriages......

It's better you find an alternate way to immigrate, why not complete your study, get some experience in Portugal, etc and then apply for immigration in economic class, like most others do?

Seems you just wanna use her to get into Canada, just look at her age she's only 16.

If this was happening in some muslim countries, everyone would be all over for forcing a 16yr old to marry......

No offense but it won't fly with immigration...
CDnmost of the muslims country dont get married at that age, it was maybe before like 20 years or mire, even another religious got married on that agem, and when you are in love you dont know how old you are ,

And why is living in Portugal not an option? It's your hometown, you know the place like the back of your hand, and it's closer to France than Canada is.

There's alot of unemployement here at the moment, we want to plan a life together and not a dead setence.
Also Portugal is on a economic crysis so I dont see this country going foward in the next 10 years.

Even better, how about he leaves her alone to finish her education and grow up before she starts making such life altering decisions??

Geez, she's 16. She's a child!

Why don't you just ask her to come live with you instead? She's Canadian, and can easily go to Portugal for a visit. Show her around, the best places to eat, what people there do for fun, the nightlife, etc. Show her to your parents, go on a few dates together and eat some fine dining courtesy of Portugal. In my opinion, doing this way is less hassle for everyone.
