hello
I am a Moroccan citizen
and I am temporarily resident in Italy
I obtained a Canadian temporary tourist visa
and I would like to know if I can apply
political asylum in Canada
and if they are denied, they send me to Morocco
or in Italy
if they send me to Morocco they kill me
and if they send me back to Italy
risk of finding me illegally
I am persecuted and in Italy
I did not find peace

Yes - you can apply for asylum once you arrive in Canada as a tourist.

If your asylum application and appeals are denied, you would be sent back to Morocco.

The fact that you are a temporary resident in a safe country will count against you. Did you apply for asylum in Italy? Seems very unusual to get a trv when you are on temporary status in another country.

If they send me in Morocco the put me in prison because they don't like when you do asylum and then I'm not Muslim and they don't accept they will torture me

But this safe country destroy my life and I never apply asylum in Italy I have very long story i can't explain here in Italy

Be ready to explain how come you did not apply in Italy. Excuses like (a very long and complicated asylum process or that you would not want to be relocated to other country in the EU refugee distribution system) will not help.

And you will be sent back to Morocco.
I do not know what has changed recently there, but I remember it to be rather normal country. I also remembered that there was an officially opened church there (example of a different religion to able to live there). I know that the young prince was into lot of reforms in Morocco in order to make the country closer to western setup.
And also not to forget, that that country was at some point under French rule, which means that the local law was able to get inspiration there.
The only problematic part that I remember was the south part because 2 countries were claiming the same land.

Rabat and Casablanca were fairly developed cities and also Marrakesh was striving with tourism.
Because of all that, refugee claim from Morocco has pretty law % to be accepted. But again it depend on the case.

E sarai rimandato in Marocco.

[/ QUOTE]

during Ramadan I ate in the street and they put me in prison
it does not seem to me that morocco is as democratic as you say

in europe I can not do asylum
because I'm resident in Italy
but within a year my residence expires
in Italy I suffered several injustices
I was born in Italy and I do not have Italian citizenship
because there was a mistake and I suffered several abuses
I hate Italy and I hate morocco and I have millions of reasons

my question is what requirements it takes to become a refugee in canada

if they send me back to morocco, they put me in prison because morocco
he does not want the Moroccans to take refuge as refugees
and in Italy I have nothing

I suffered an abuse for my race in Italy
and I suffered an abuse for not being a Muslim in Morocco
the refugee law is clear
and says that you can ask for asylum if you suffer discrimination
way canada should not accept me

and in the list of safe country morocco is not there in the list of canada e
and I am a Moroccan citizen
I am not an Italian citizen

I think you are going to struggle to get asylum in Canada. You were born in Italy and have residence status there. I do understand that there is racism in Italy but that is not enough to get asylum.

and in the list of safe country morocco is not there in the list of canada

The problem is that Italy is on that list and you have status there. Tend to agree that claiming refugee status in Canada will be difficult.

please do not play with my life
and speak only if you know the laws
and work in the field of immigration
do not speak by hearsay or personal opinions
