HELP... lost status. still waiting ainp

Hello,

I am posting for my cousin. She lost her status as a worker recently and got a letter from CIC saying she needs to leave Canada as soon as possible.
Her employer already applied her LMIA last month and until now no update yet. She is also waiting for AINP (AWE submitted Nov 28, 2013) result. Is there a chance that AINP will consider her application knowing that she already lost her status? Should she leave the country right away? It is really hard for her because she have 2 little kids born here. Thank you for your inputs.

Is there a chance that AINP will consider her application knowing that she already lost her status? Should she leave the country right away? 1. If she doesn't leave within 30 days of CIC telling her to, she can expect to be reported and CIC giving her a removal order.
2. If she was sponsored by an employer under AINP, and no longer works for that employer, she can expect that her ANIP application would be refused.

hi i am also AINP AWE applicant submitted nov 27th 2013 . until now no news yet. AINP not yet realese how many nomination they will issue in 2015. i m hoping soon they got updated they will consider our application ASAP .as i know under AWE categery no need to depend upon employer so your cousin still chance to get nomination.be positive
