Help LOA Expire Visa File Processing.

Hi...
I applied for study permit on 13june 2018 from India Offline and non spp.
I got Admission In College for June intake. My course start date was 25june and LOA Expire On 16July. So my agent wrote in the form that study start date on 16july.
I cannot link my application to online also becuse I didn't receive acknowledgment letter. When i track my application in vfs it's just showing that application is processing in banglore high commision.
So plz Anyone who have knowledge about this help me what to do....

There are lot of discrepancies in your post which is beyond my imagination.

1. If program start date is 25th June then how could you imagine to apply on 13th June and expect to get study permit?
2. If program start date is 25th June then why would college keep acceptance till 16th July?
3. The program start date that is printed on LOA is suppose to be filled in IMM1294. How can agent decide to fill some random date?

To link an application online, you just need the info that you filled in IMM1294. Basically, the passport and college info.

VFS will only show messages according to the activities carried out at their end. They can never tell the application's actual status, which happens at visa office. Linking application online is the only apparatus to check actual status.
