hi guys, tnanong ko sa st. lukes, sabi nila cem daw mag iinform satin if they already receive our med reports...

hmmm..ganun po ba, sa saturday pa kasi ako makakatawag sa nationwide kasi 2 weeks daw bago tumawag. inform kita kung ganun din ang sinabi sa akin dun sa nationwide. thanks.

tanung lng po... hmmmmmm panu ko malalaman f received n ng CEM ung docs ko? nag woworid kasi ako dhil LMO ko nag expired n nung July 4, pero nag send ako nung june 27 pa...
and tanung po ulit panu sla mag send ng AOR and MR? thru mail po b or email k lng nla?

Through courier din po papadalan ka nila ng AOR and MR...Usually air21 din po.

Ako waiting for my LMO sabi sa akin ng employer ko yesterday within 2 - 3 weeks daw bago ma-approved. May ask sana ako sa inyo mga mommies, regarding supporting docs (diploma, tor, police clearance, nbi, marriage cert, birth cert, coe) meron pa bang iba?

Regarding naman sa proof of funds, necessary pa ba un. Paano kung wala kang bank account? Paano din pala pag meron kang tatoo, makakapasa kaya un sa physical exam?

Btw, ano po ba ibig sabihin ng AOR, MR, CEM, palagi ko kasing nakikita sa mga post nyo, di ko nman naintindihan

Evidence that you meet the requirements of the job offer, e.g. employment references outlining previous jobs and job duties, copies of relevant education certificates, proof of professional qualifications, originals of all school transcripts (starting at the secondary level) certificates, diplomas, degrees, etc.

Do you think need pa ung employment references or pede na ung COE stating employment date?

hi sis, aor/mr means Acknowledgement Of Receipt/Medical Requirements and cem (canadian embassy). nwe, hindi na ako nag pasa ng proof of funds. i think tatawag nman ang cem if may additional na documents pa na hinihingi nila...regarding your tattoo, u better ask the doctor na lang once na nagpamedical ka, pero alam ko wala nmang kaso yun. good luck!

hello! yung sa akin kasi pinasa ko lang yung COE ko from my previous companies na pinagtrabahuhan ko kahit hindi sya related dun sa work na inapplyan ko. Unemployed din kasi ako nung september last year pa kasi i need to take care of my son nag school na kasi sya and walang magaasikaso sa kanya. Inexplain ko nalang din yun.

Question po: Ano po ba ilalagay dun sa Question na "What type of work permit are you applying for?"

Food Service Attendant po kasi yung inaaplyan ko sa Alberta. Open Work Permit po ba ang ilalagay ko or Other?

Salamat po sa mga makakasagot.

we have same situation and reason, i also need to take care of my daughter, wala kasing ibang mag-aasikaso and ang hirap pang maghanap ng yaya.

hello! Same pla tayo...Totoo yan ang hirap magtiwala sa ibang tao lalo na sa pagaalaga ng bata. Yung sakin naman nagschool na kaya super hands-on din

Diba kasi yung sa work experience kailangan specific nakalagay dun "for the past ten years" eh 4 years lang naman ako nagwork so ang ginawa ko po from high school, college, then yung 2 na work experience ko upto present na "currently not working" sinulat ko po and nagprovide nlng ako ng additional paper para dun since hindi kasya dun sa space na nasa form.

Food Service Attendant po ang magiging work ko sa alberta, canada pero wala po akong experience as Food Service Attendant, Call center agent po ang experience ko. anyways. eto po yung mga requirements na isusubmit ko:

3. Family Information [IMM 5645]
4. Application for Temporary Resident Visa [IMM 5257 - Schedule 1]
5. 2 Photos with Printed Name and Date of Birth at the back.
6. Detailed Resume.
7. COE's
8. 2 months latest payslip
9. Bank Certificate (okay na po ba ang 150k?)
10. ITR for 2 years
11. LMO and Job offer or Contract
12. OR/CR ng 2 kong Motor (Xerox only)
13. Original Passport with photocopy of the Bio Data page
14. Transcipt of Records from College (Undergraduate po ako kaya wala akong College Diploma)
15. Certificate of Training (mga short term courses of computer programmng, etc.)
16. Birth Certificate
17. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the University
18. Certificate of Units Earned from the University
19. NBI clearance - visa canada.
20. Managers check payable to "Canadian Embassy, Manila"
21. CENOMAR (Certificate of No Records of Marriage) - single po kasi ako.

May kulang pa po ba?
