Hello Canadavisa:

Background:

I graduated at University of Alberta in 2011,got postgraduate work permit , and I started doing my

business with in 2012 Feb , opened a small home business (INC. company) and using with my friend"name

as my employer (she is PR in Canada), I was hired as computer technician. only 2 people's company.

cellphone repair company. we are running very successful. pay lots tax to

government.

Here is my question:

is that reasonable to using this job title and small business(size: 2-3 person) to apply my CEC immigration? and my (3.5 years unviersity education+ 12 month work experience?) Im worry about this company is too small or incredible.

after 12 month, I want to take over this business as soon as possible, instead of using friend's name. If I become an owner of my business, will that effect the result during the CEC application processing?

Thanks for your professional HELP, I really worry about this, otherwise, I have to find a new job to get experience. I really don't wanna give up my business, please help me and give me advice. thanks

It sounds like you are self-employed, which is not accepted under the CEC program. It has nothing to do with the size of the business. "Using" your friend's name as a fake employer sounds like fraud; if your claim is not legitimate, then you have good reason to fear that it won't be accepted.

It is not fraud. my friend is the manager and owner, I m the computer technician. we have lots customer everyday, It is real business.

How about you explore the provincial nomination?
