Help in WES document

I have done graduation from India (3year course)
And then my post graduation (MCA 3 year)
Do I need to send transcripts for both degrees
Or
following would work since 3year graduation degree is equivalent to diploma in Canada
1. Degree and marksheet of graduation all year
2. Transcript of Masters and MCA degree certificate.

Better to send both the transcripts.
