Help in filling forms

I need some help i am filling up application for CEC under post education work experience

1) when i am filling my job dates: in From i put when i start but what about TO, as my job is still continues should i put when i date the application or leave it blank.

2) i have only t4 as i did not do my taxes as yet,is it ok or i have to give tax return

3) do i have to add any education document

4) just recent copy of work permit is enough or have add all old permits too

5) in supplmntry travel form how to fill that. i traveled from pakistan to canada for study and than i just went back to pakistan for few days for family visit and than come back to canada .other than that no travel history
6) do i need to staples each form or clip each form separate


i realy appreciate your help

one more in my job letter my employer write per hour pay and mention my hours. but not annual pay, as my hours vary he said he cant give anuual salary. is it ok anyone with experience.

1. You can put "Till Date".
2. Recent T4 is needed. You can provide it later but you will be asked for it.
3. Not required for CEC.
4. Recent Work permit is enough.( I have had 5 but have just sent the Recent one.)
5. You will have to mention Date of exit from Canada and Date of Reentry into Canada.

second that except I guess 5th.

5. The form probably asks you the about the countries u hav visited except ur country of residence OR ur country of origin. So if you are applying from within canada and have not visited any other country except ur origin country, I guess u r good with checking "did not travel"

agree with shimnui1. write down travels OTHER than canada and country of origin.
In case of doubt, read the instructions.
