Hi, Please find the details below, I wanted to know whether I am eligible for Canada express entry.I dont know where to begin.Can you please guide me
Education : MCA ( Master of Computer Applications)
Work experience : 15 + years of experience in IT
Current Visa : H1B
CELPIP scores: Listening 9 ,Reading 10 ,Writing 7 ,Speaking 7

The following are the details about my spouse,
Education : BE ( Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science)
Work experience : 8+ years of experience in IT
Current Visa : H4
CELPIP scores: Listening 8 ,Reading 8 ,Writing 8 ,Speaking 7

Please let me know the possibilities for the above details of me. I would like to know how to begin the express entry process.Am I eligible for express entry ?

Currently only those with scores of 440+ are being selected through Express Entry. Unfortunately 356 is far too low to be selected. I assume you are losing significant points due to your age.

You should look into the Provincial Nominee Programs instead.
