HELP! I'm Confused! (Live-in caregiver)

I hope someone can enlighten me about these.
I'm about to submit my application for PR this december, but it says on the checklist that I have to provide an Originals of police certificates. Can I use the one that I submitted when applying for the first time? Or do I need to get a new one? and if so, how? Because I know that police certicates should be done in person..pls help! thanks a lot!!

Get your finger print done here and send it to a relative in your home country. Tell the person to take it to the police station in your country in order to get a police report.

ok, thank you! i just need to send an authorization letter as well right?
and I also found out that there are 2 separate application forms for OWP and PR, I thought OWP is included in the PR application,
but its not, and I don't know what form to fill up for the OWP, do u have any idea? thank u so much for your help!
