Please experienced members, I need an assistance to access IELTS general materials or tutorials, I am preparing the the exam.
I am almost handicapped here but I know somebody will safe me here.
Please I need the materials or tutorials on IELTS general urgently.

There are many more websites available online that provide free practice materials and tutorials. Just do a quick search on Google and I'm sure you'll find more.
 
There are many site online for IELTS.
Take time to test yourself first and then practise for sometime.
You should be able to manage to get qualifying scores in IELTS

Yes - you may write in lower or upper case letters.

I guess you can...but make sure not to mix them up.
