Help! I didn’t received a submission confirmation after submitted the sp extension

Hi everyone,

I submitted my study permit extension yesterday afternoon. But now there’s still only one message named “Confirmation of Online Application Transmission” but no “submission confirmation “.

Based on my previous experience Of renewing the study permit and visa, these two documents should received in the same day.

Does anyone know is this normal? What should I do now and When can I get the other message?
